Basic Salad

  • 1 - 2 medium Mangos (peeled), Paayas or firm fruit of your choice (Apple, Pineapple or Pear)
  • 3 Sticks of Celery
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup of crumpled Soft Cheese (Farmers or Ricotta
  • 1 cup of Sunflower Sprouts or Bean Sprouts

Chop the Sunfower Sprouts and dice the Mango, Celery and Cucumber. Mix all together and add the salad dressing.  For variety use or substitute Lettuce, 4 tablespoons of Cilantro or 4 tablespoons of Parsley.
